Terms of Service
Last updated July 13, 2026
1. The service
Evryday provides tools for small service businesses to manage customers, estimates, work orders, invoices, and payment links. Features may change as the service develops, and we will communicate material changes that affect paid use.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your login, and activity in your workspace. Do not use Evryday for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
3. Trial, subscriptions, and billing
New workspaces receive a 14-day trial. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless you choose annual billing, and you may cancel at any time before the next renewal. Paid-plan checkout and trial-expiry enforcement are still being finalized for launch; no card is collected during signup and no automatic charge occurs at the end of the trial today.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the customer, job, estimate, work-order, invoice, and other business data you enter. You grant Evryday permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service and meet legal obligations.
5. Payment processing
Online payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Evryday does not store full payment-card numbers. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, taxes, refunds, and transactions with your customers.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Evryday is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid Evryday during the 12 months before the claim.
7. Governing law
The governing jurisdiction and dispute process must be confirmed before commercial launch.
8. Contact
A support and legal contact address will be published here before commercial launch.
