What happens after the 14-day trial?

Billing for continued access is coming soon. There is no card on file, so you will not be charged automatically when the trial ends.

Do my customers need an account to approve work or pay?

No. Customers get a private link — they can review and approve a work order or pay an invoice from their phone without signing up for anything.

How do online payments work? What are the fees?

Connect your own Stripe account in Settings and every invoice can carry a Pay Now link. Stripe's standard card processing fees apply and go through your Stripe account — Evryday does not add a markup.

Can I still invoice without online payments?

Yes. Email the invoice, download the PDF, take cash or check, and mark it paid manually. Stripe is optional.

Does my crew need their own logins?

Team invitations are coming soon. Today each workspace starts with its owner account; Pro will use flat workspace pricing when team access ships.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Plans are month to month, and annual billing (two months free) is optional.
