1. Information we collect
We collect the account email and company name you provide, technical information needed to authenticate your session, and the workspace data you enter, including customer records, job details, estimates, work orders, invoices, and related notes.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure Evryday, deliver transactional messages you request, support your workspace, diagnose problems, and understand how the service is used. We do not sell personal information.
3. Payment information
Stripe processes online payments and payment-account connections. Evryday does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe may collect payment and identity information under its own privacy policy.
4. Service providers
Evryday uses Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information only to deliver their contracted services and under their own data-protection terms.
5. Cookies and sessions
Evryday uses cookies needed to maintain authentication and protect your session. The launch version does not use advertising cookies.
6. Retention, access, and deletion
We retain workspace data while an account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data. Some records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate fraud-prevention and accounting needs.
